install curl lib for c/c++ programming

I would like to learn some C++ with curl lib, so I can get and send http request in c/c++. But I can't setup curl lib with c++, I try with notepad ++, eclipse IDE for c/c++ and vs2012 express edition, but always I got errors on the end. I get errors with include headers etc. So, can someone help me and setup curl lib in c++ project via teamviewer?
