Download manager and PDF file namer/saver - repost

I need a program written, for the Windows platform, that can take a list of URL's that create a PDF file, save that file, and name the file with the correct file name. You will need to have a delay between records built into the software that I can set, (such as 2 seconds, or 3 seconds, or 10 seconds), as it can take several seconds to create each pdf. The software must be able to handle a URL file set of 200,000 records The software must be able to select the source folder of the file and the output folder The software must be able to delay between records The software must run completely from a single folder and not need to be installed onto the computer to operate Multi-threading is a plus, and must be a setable option Here is an example of of the URL list that he program needs to download the PDF files: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The file may also encounter a URL that does not make the PDF, such as this, and I need a log file that displays the failed files.: [login to view URL] The file name will be the productNumber and brand combined with the extension of pdf.
