We are in need of a Programmer

We are currently looking for someone to help us create a web tool or a crawler or simply a program that will do the following: 1. Look at x from an existing excel list. 2. Get that x from excel and try to match it to the list of x's from a database of a particular website. Matching will be done by way of detecting similar words, letter sequence, rootword or abbreviations. 3. If we get a match, output should be the x from the database. 4. If there are multiple matches, all output should be presented in a row (one output per cell). 5. All output should be on CSV or excel file. Examples: Similar words: 1. techxrontechnologies 2. techxrontechnologies = Techxron Technologies (this is the x on the database) 3. Output = Techxron Technologies Letter sequence: 1. tchxrontchnologies 2. tchxrontchnologies = Techxron Technologies (this is the x on the database) 3. Output = Techxron Technologies Rootword: 1. techxron 2. techxron = Techxron Technologies (this is the x on the database) 3. Output = Techxron Technologies Initials: 1. TX 2. TX = Techxron Technologies (this is the x on the database) 3.
