**c++/ open source/ ffmpeg coder/ writer for open source compliance and documentation task.**
Ours is vc++ video streaming and conferencing application having video encoder, media server and viewer application similar to f#lash m#edia e#ncoder/ W#owza/ f#lash media player and w#ebex (remove # to read correctly) (but not based on it...our application is based on d#irectshow, f#fmpeg, x2#64, l#ibmatroska, l#ibavcodec, l#ive555 and few other similar libraries).
We need an expert vc++ ffmpeg coder for following todos:
1 - we would like you to make our application LGPL license complaint. We are not open source experts. But, we know that the application uses ffmpeg which is LGPL complient. Highly unlikely, but, application may be using some GPL libraries, in which case LGPL alternative to be used. Please, follow w#owza to achieve the final folder and application structure and comply to LGPL licensing requirements with our proprietary source protected. In the process upgrade all the relevant libraries to their respective latest releases.
2 - Comment almost each and every line of the code based on its functioning.
3 - Create a code comment document separately.
4 - Write a whitepaper based on the application covering all functions, featuers and modules containing flow charts and architecture diagrams.
5 - one more doc while you are going through the entire app, if you notice any potential bug in the algorithm or something written poorly or some cleanup comments or something that has potential to improve...please create a separate doc of these suggestions.
To be given: complete [login to view URL] 2008 compiling sources.
It should be an easy few day task for an expert open source video communication expert who can write well.
Let me know if any queries.
