Need the minimum specs (hardware) required to run a voice recognition app, i.e. a phone with no google engine etc etc, just the app. Google API can be utilised, but the app needs to be a complex app rather than a basic one. In other words, I just want to talk and find out the minimum specs for running a speech to text app. Obviously you will get paid.
