Extend work of a Tourism Smart System(Artificial Intelligence and Neural networks)

We was build a smart system software application in the field of tourism. Tourism Smart System Application Characteristics (with Artificial Intelligence and Neural networks): This application have replace the financial consultant in deciding whether it would be good to invest someone to build a hotel or hostel in a given location. The application have take into account some parameters (about 17). For example: monument vicinity, vicinity with a lake, river, sea, if another hotel already exists in the area, the severity of investment, features on external economic factors and so one. Each parameter can take values from 1 to 5 and also has its own coefficient in the final result. The result is created as a polynomial of the parameters and the coefficient. If the result is a number greater than 5 for example the risk to invest is low. Between 2 to 4 is medium and under 2 the risk is high. All parameters and coefficients are known. The Tourism Smart System software application(full graphic, standalone pc application) can take the parameters from the user (from Edit fields), make the calculations, shows the result of riskiness (high, medium, low) using methods of neural networks and artificial intelligent to train the code to the new entry. So, each time that we have a change in a parameter (e.g. new hotel, new ski center) the user must insert this data to the program database and the program takes into account the new entry to the coefficient of the parameters to calculate the new result of a new future query. We have got a lot of initial values (about 10000) with low, med, high risk with real data. The final result is standalone application that can be run to any pc. We need some extra work about this project. We need someone who have got very good programming skills in Artificial Intelligence and Neural networks and have the ability to understand the source code from a smart system software. We will give you the final code to make for us the extra work, but the final code, final program and any license rights, copy rights will be ours and you will not have any rights in the future. The extra work which we need for this project is: 1) Cost Analysis of Tourism Smart System with cost model COCOMO II. You will give us a screenshot from the real cost of the Tourism Smart System calculated with cost model COCOMO II. 2) Convergence Curves or ROC (Rate of Corvergence) of the Tourism Smart System In addition we need the results of Train Set, Test Set and Data Set. Actually we want to see how fast the neural network is in equilibrium. 3) Detail Documentation (explain the code and how this work) of the Tourism Smart System. We want to complete the job in 5 days maximum at the fix cost of 200€
