Here is my proposal: 1. I will read the driver status as given in 2.1. 2. I will switch SLD ON or OFF depending on its current status given in bit#1 of DSD structure. I will follow requests given in 2.2 and 2.3. There are two problems: 1. I couldn't find the information about the byte order scheme of the 'Answer' returned by the device. For example when issuing the request as stated in 2.1, it returns a DSD structure of 3 ASCII bytes. So the SLD status bit is in first byte or third byte? 2. I don't have the device here so I will be needing your great cooperation for testing. Regards, Khan.
