Workout Tracker (Windows 8, Visual Studio 2013)

Hi, I'm looking for someone to develop a simple workout tracker app for Windows 8. This would need to be developed in Visual Studio 2013 so that I can edit and/or add to it as needed. This will be a tracker used for updating a person’s workout progress during a day at the gym. The plan is to implement a grid view and/or list view with common workouts and machines usually found in the gym. Upon completing the workout, they would get an average of the weight lifted and save it to their local device. The user would then be able to save their overall progress to their local device and email it using the share feature from the charms bar. This would allow the user to keep track of his/her progress. The attached picture is a very basic idea of what I am looking for - just a simple way to keep track of the user's growth. I am also requesting some space for a 250x250 advertisement and a 400 Height x 350 Width flipview for pictures of workouts. The design is up to you. I only ask for comments in the code to help distinguish what is going on. Please let me know if you are interested and the estimated time you think this will take to complete. Thanks.
