LaRank requires some baseSet to be able to calculate rank.
if you have multinomial set { 2 3 2 2 3 1 } of total 6 symbols with 3 different symbols 1, 2, 3 ( eg 1 '1' , 3 '2's & 2 '3' s ) , then you are suppose to pass a baseset { 1, 2, 2, 2, 3 ,3 } as baseset which incidental defined the symbols precedence order 1 < 2 < 3 ... this baseset should have the smallest rank index value 0 ( indexterity values range here from 0 to C(6, 1,2,3)-1 ( { 3,3, 2,2,2,1,1 } should have largest index value C(6,1,2,3}-1
THEN supplying the multiset { 2 3 2 2 3 1 } to Rank to obtain its corresponding returned lexicographic rank index value
[ OR supplying the lexicographic rank Index value to obtain its returned corresponding multiset { 2 3 2 2 3 1 } .... needs also 1st provide the baseset { 1, 2 , 2 , 2 , 3 , 3 }

I see, you have the code ,so you need to have it in an exe where you can pass input and out put will be returned back to you.
