We need a application that connects to web api and fetch data from it. The api needs to authenticate with username & password. The application is for captcha solving. From that api we get captchas through tcp stream or something similar. We don't know. The web api accepts content json/application format. And we solve captchas through our application and post answer back to the api. If your expert in C#, Socket related than only bid. I give opportunity for new freelancers
