Building single storey 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 car garage house in Australia. I will provide contour plans, a few sample designs and a list of key things I wish to achieve in the design including overall size, storage, room sizes etc. Successfull contractor will need to use a combination of the sample plans I provide and their imagination/experience to provide: 1. Full plans to scale with all dimension; and 2. Elevations . Expecting a few rounds of changes, depending on how quickly we can come up with a design that works. I require sufficient detail in the plans to allow builders to prepare quotations to build. Experience preparing plans for houses in Australia would be very advantageous.
