I have about a dozen US government forms to be styled in HTML and CSS as closely as possible to the official pdf version of the form. I have existing HTML pages that have all the content already in them and divs ready to go. Just need to get them styled properly. The first project is to take a US Bankruptcy Petition and style it in HTML. If results are satisfactory additional work will be given. Attached is the official form and the start on the html page. The initial bid will be on the styling this document only.
