I am looking to hire a lawyer. I own a vendor company, similar to Amazon, which means I own a platform, I have business owners sign up for my website and are able to sell their items straight from my website. They upload pictures, product descriptions, and ship the items out when a customer buys their project. I have a copyrighted template to give you a good idea of the types of things I need to be fully covered but obviously I need my own agreement.
