Ebook Rewriting- Health Niche

Hello, I need an E-book to be re-written (around 30 pages), this is about Health niche (a very common Problem, Message me; I will send more details). I have an E-book in the same niche, I want the material of this e-book to be re-branded/rewritten so that it look fresh, more user friendly and original (but still retain the important concepts).
