Article Re Writing and Content Copywriting

Hi, I need a few articles written for my websites. Here are more details: 1) 3500 words Faq's article re-write 2) 10 articles of 500 words for article directory submissions 3) 5 artices of 500 words for article directory submissions The article re-writes need to be done in a way in which they do not break any copyrights of the sites. Also, all articles should be unique, SEO friendly, of high quality, and copyscape passed. They should be written by native English writers and should be free of grammatical and spell errors. I am willing to pay $2/500 words for the fresh "500 words articles" needed for article directory submissions, and $1.5/500 words for the article re-writes. So the total comes to $10.5 + $20 + $10 = $40.5. I won't consider bids more than $40.5, so $40.5 is the fixed price. The time frame for the articles is 3 days maximum.
