I have been running a large message board for over a year and now need someone to promote, market and keep existing members happy. Job would include such tasks for getting and putting content on the site. Regular newsletters. Promoting site on other sites and developing creative content, contests and schemes and gimmicks to draw and attract users in our demographic. Performance would be measured by increase in posting activity and increase in membership and advertisement revenue. Good writing english skills are necessary and marketing ability. Pay would be a flat fee on a regular basis along with bonuses for increased ad and membership revenue.
