Convert scaned PDF file to typed word

Hi I have around 72 pages of a scanned document ( scanned, can't copy paste) need someone to write it into word so many table and images, you can copy paste the images, but write the tables also this scanned document is not organized, as pages are around the place not in order, so you will need to make it in order. ( the page number available in the top) some pages are missing from the 72 pages , please let me know which one so I can send them to you as I have the original document with me. need it in 2-3 days
