Scrape business directory sites and input into CSV

I am starting a business listing directory and need have need for a scraper service that can either scrape or better yet help me with some of the regular expressions to scrape to an Excel file or CSV. I have experience with some regular expressions, coding, xml, csv and more. I would like to use the Regex scraper extension for Chrome, see link below. We can then work on the specific headers, like business title, address fields, phone, etc.. I require the final data output in Excel or CSV format.
