Excel Match one by one

We need to standardize 834 rows in an excel book. The book has two sheets named "Insurance" and "Base". The marks appearing on both sheets are already labeled with a number. The same must be done with models, whose number is based on the "Base" sheet. Standardization should be performed according to the description of the model. There may be the case of several models in the sheet named "Insurance" with the same model number, or various model numbers for the same model description. There may be also the case where there is no match between the model description and the model code or number, in which case it is requested to leave a blank space in the correspondent cell. Models that do not have similar or approximate description in the "Base" sheet should be left blank. Lo mismo hay que hacer con los modelos, cuyo numero base se encuentra en la hoja "Base". La estandarización se deberá realizar en función de la descripción del modelo. Puede darse el caso de varios modelos en la hoja "Banco de Seguros" con un mismo número de modelo o que no tengan ningún correlativo. Los modelos que no tengan una descripción similar ni aproximada en la hoja "Base" deberán ser dejados en blanco.
