Scraping program

I have an excel spreadsheet with thousands of business names. I need to write a script that will format the business name, run it in a search field on a website, and then scrape all the data into another excel sheet. I need the final excel output file and the program you create. The website may be using some defensive mechanisms against web scraping, so you MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE SCRAPING EXPERIENCE. See the attached files for the full specs. The file "Specs" has the full specs for the project The file "Names" has all the names that need to be formatted, searched and scraped.
