Spreadsheet Enhancements

Currently we use a excel spreadsheet to upload our product and other data to our web site. treasureslittleflowershop.com.au. Attached is 2 of the 3 files we use. I will provide the 3rd file once the project is awarded as it has a MAJOR affect on the web site. It is what is used to import the spreadsheet details into the web sites MSACESS db 1. Use this spreadsheet to bulk upload to our eBay shop. 2. To import into the spreadsheet the $ price for products from MYOB premium and visa versa. 3. Be able to export and import MYOB data with out MANUAL data manipulation 4. Inventory - Currently MYOB contains our inventory count which I manually import to the spreadsheet and then import this count to the web site. However, if items are bought on the web site the inventory count in not adjusted in the spreadsheet or MYOB. I would like to be able to have the inventory count updated on the spreadsheet when there is purchases on the web Using an update ( can be a manual programme I run) to the spreadsheet. Once I run this update, I would to have a reconcile option from the exported inventory count in MYOB and the Spreadsheet. Run the reconcile and then update the spreadsheet (hence web site) and myob. ie. Correct inventory count in MYOB, spreadsheet & Web Site - Baseline Stock count a. If item is ordered in MYOB stock count is reduced by this amount but the spreadsheet (assuming no purchases on web site for this item) would still show baseline count. Then the reconcile would update the spreadsheet and advice me of same to update the web site ONLY. b. If item is ordered on the web site count is reduced by this amount but MYOB (assuming no purchases on web site for this item) would still show baseline count. Then the reconcile would update the MYOB export file and advice me of same to import the updated count back into MYOB. c. If item is ordered on BOTH the web site and MYOB the stock count is reduced by the corresponding amounts. Then the reconcile would update the MYOB export file and the spreadsheet by the COMBINED total stock count and advice me of same to import the updated count back into MYOB and web site. That is if I reduce stock via MYOB sale by 3 and sell 5 of the same item on the web site, then the total stock count reduction is 8. NOTES the format of specific sheets CANNOT be changed. I am happy if you created links sheets to the fields shown on sheets to get the desired outcomes.
