We are looking for a freelancer to take an existing PDF full of data and transcribe the information into a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet should contain 10 columns. Each data cell will be relatively short. We need 100% accuracy in the data along with adherence to the following guidelines: 1. Utilize full number ranges in the first two columns even when the range is abbreviated. For example, 1301-600 should be transcribed as "1301" and "1600" and not as "1301" and "600" - all the numbers are in ascending order. 2. If there is an apostrophe in the column, please enter the previous value. 3. The last two columns are dates spanning from 1893 to 1933. Please enter these as they are formatted on the PDF (use a text field, not a date field). We have attached the full PDF for evaluation. We have also included a starter document as an example.
