data personal logbook

We require a person to program in excel or any other format a logbook that will record information that a user inputs and then display in various ways required by the user. This is a work in progress and will be in 3 phases 1. initial frame work of logbook, Will provide an rough excel frame that has been composed by us 2. Once happy with the layout we would like to place the finished work into a program so we can put it on a disk or client can download, must have secrurity to prevent copy of program 3. any other touch up work that is required after final testing Please only bid for phase one, but bare in mind that the work done in phase one if decided to go forward must be able to put into a program form for users to use please look around for Pilots logbook formats as it will be similar to the design and imput required for this program I look forward to recieving your questions see attached excel file for a rough idea and look around at other logbooks on the web so get the general idea, this logbook will not be for pilots but for aircraft engineers so the input information will be slightly different
