i have data in excel and/or access. There are tables with one common field. I need to merge the fields so it becomes 1 table with corresponding data/rows from each table at the common ID row of the combined table. There are 4 sets of tables to be made into 4 combined tables.
Second part of the project i would like to compare cell data from the your created combined table with my existing table field and add data from combined table to my existing table.
the data is text of a book, so the text is same in 2 tables ( 1 field) but combined table has more rows as the sentences have been split
i need some one to first merge and then compare and merge the data.
you can use either excel or access files , your preference
