Research and Data Entry Project A LARGE TEAM IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT. This project must be completed in 4 days. We need to research and collect images and information about 1000 products from our list of 340 companies – about 3 or 4 products from each company. (MAX OF 6 PRODUCTS PER COMPANY). Record and save company & product information to excel sheet (provided) and save image to a folder. These products will be used as content on our beta website. 1. Visit website from our list. 2. Collect company information (contact info, address, email, description, etc.) 3. Find best 3 or 4 products on website – we prefer different types if possible 4. Collect product details and download/save HI-RES image of the products, get as many HI-RES images as possible. Save these images in a separate folder. (save image as “company name_product [login to view URL]”) 5. Collect specific Product information for each product. REVIEW THE ATTACHED EXCEL FILE. This is an example of how the data should be formatted and organized. Some data may not be available, get as much as possible. ENTER DATA USING PROPER FORMATTING IN EXCEL SHEET. FORMAT SHOULD BE CONSISTENT. Research the companies in the list and record the information in the excel file. Save HI-RES images to a folder. 6. Send the first 200 records when available. We will give you feedback on the first 200 records. 7. Accuracy and format consistency is very important! Attached is a file that contains samples of the files and the format. PROJECT MUST BE COMPLETED IN 4 DAYS. YOU NEED AT LEAST 6 PEOPLE TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT SUCCESSFULLY.
