eBay Creating, Listing, Posting

I am looking for a team of people to assist my company in building up our eBay store. The team must have exposure in the following areas:
HTML (minor edits as we have a template)
Modify templates to change titles, pictures, links?etc.
EXCEL (simple modifications)
Adobe Photoshop - edit images for use.
Turbo Lister (easily learned)
This could be a great opportunity for the team to assist us as this is a huge ongoing project as we have thousands of items to post.
We need the team to have the following characteristics:
Fluent English
There must be at least one member of the team working at all times as posting times are extremely important. This is to relay information quickly and efficiently. We will rely heavily on either SKYPE or IM.
Understand Concepts quickly and efficiently - Title creation is critical and must be learned well.
