I require some data to be copied from a pdf file to an excel file. Both the pdf and excel files contain the same database of names and addresses, however the pdf file contains an additional column of data entitled “First Date”. The project involves copying the date from the pdf file, and then pasting it to the correct row of the excel file. This will involve searching for the correct name the date corresponds to as the names in both files are not in the same order. There are 2,623 rows in both the pdf and excel files. The prospective Freelancer must sign Freelancer's standard Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to being awarded the project. I will then send both files files through. It is worth noting that the excel file is already set up and formatted and therefore will not require any adjustments.

First, il import pdf and excel data into mysql data format, probably use some ocr reading of pdf to speed things up, and then it is easy in mysql data mainpulation and than exporting it back to desired excel file.
