Create Excel Workbook for annual leave and shift rota

I am supervising a team of upto 10 people and currently have multiple spreadsheets for annual leave, attendance, shift rota, schedules however I want to consolidate these into one workbook which is then driven by a number of macros to pull data from various schedules and then plot into a master sheet than can be printed / saved and distributed. Each staff member will have the option of being put onto one of the following Monday to Friday shifts:- 0800-1630hrs 0900-1730hrs 0915-1530hrs 0915-1600hrs 0915-1700hrs Each member of staff will be able to book the following leave:- ALL Day Half Day AM Half Day PM There will then need to be a number of checks to ensure that only 2 people are on break at any time. Break times are 1200hrs and 1300hrs. Specific staff prefer certain breaks so these will take preference. There is a separate rota for Saturday cover which will then be another sheet. There is also additional sheets for three main tasks such as Appointments, Training and Documentation. If a person is flagged against one of these roles then it will posted as an additional field in the overview / master sheet. I will want to grow the functionality of the spreadsheet so this will require additional paid work in the future
