Looking for help compiling data from website into excel sheet

I am looking for someone to help me record data from the website link below and insert the content into an excel template so that I can use the information for direct marketing purposes. To help clarify the project, I have attached and example excel with a corresponding screen shot of the "Find a Physican" results from one of the searches below. As you can see, this will be a pretty simple project. To get started, I would only like to record physicians within the following cities/states. You will need to type the following locations listed below into the "Find a Physician" section in order to get the following results. NOTE: Although, you will search for physicians within a particular city/state, the results will actually yield results from the entire state. Please make sure to record every result, not just the physicians within the city you searched for. Please search and record the data for the following city/states: Chicago, IL, (127 Physicians), Miami, FL (194 Physicians), Los Angeles, CA, (164 Physicians), Detroit, MI (184 Physicians), Madison, WI (51 Physicians), Columbus, OH (65 Physicians), Bloomington, IN (66 Physicians).
