Adobe SDK on Macintosh or Windows

To develop a software program using the Adobe SDK to merge data supplied in CSV format into a PDF document consisting of 4 pages. The data is taken from 2 CSV files, one which supplies student identity in a number of fields and the other which supplies the exam results for each student. The program should allow the user to preview records in the csv files, preview selected records as pdf documents, print all records or selected records in the csv file, create report to show what files were printed. The program will be used to print up to 2,000 PDFs. We have supplied 3 of the pages here in jpeg format, there is also another cover page. The pages can be supplied in PDF format also. Also see two sample CSV files attached. Please supply quote to design this program to work on either windows or Macintosh operating systems.
