Delphi application for converting video files.

Hello, We need a custom application for converting video files using following VCL's [login to view URL] The software should accept files in bulk and convert them into H236 with AAC audio codac. all sound tracks must be preserved and converted. The software should export multiple bit-rate movie files with predefined bit-rate and picture size. The software should allow to add new subtitle as track or burn the subtitle into the video. Attached is a basic interface to start from. Job delivery must be in D2007
