Drupal theme coding from psd

Hi, I need to code my psd to Drupal 6. No custom or special modules are used, a list of modules can be provided The chosen freelancer must: 1. Code my Drupal 6 theme, 2 different layouts in the website: homepage & content page, I need both layouts coded, either hard coded or with Drupal front page module. 2. Integrate some mouse over effects on menus (simple effects) 3. Theme must include H1, H2, H3 tags 4. Theme must be fully XHTML/CSS compliant. IE6+, FF, Safari, Opera, Chrome compatible Coding must be of high quality, I have over 20 Drupal websites, I know what is a good coded Drupal theme and a not so good one. If you work well with Drupal theming, I have other projects coming up in the next days & weeks... I would like to find someone that could take care of all my Drupal theming needs, customization + new them dev. PSD is ready, I need this done ASAP Thanks
