Open a domestic bank account for integration testing

[login to view URL] integrates with the Dutch bank ABN AMRO and requires a domestic personal bank account in this bank to run test transactions in production mode. A person in project will be required to 1. open a bank account in ABN AMRO (with no balance) 2. receive funds from [login to view URL] for running test micro transactions 3. perform a few micro amount purchase transactions at production test webshop and make screenshots of the payment process.
