Custom magnetic card reader and software - repost

I am looking for a Someone to design and prototype a custom device used to read magnetic card data and transmit via GSM,Wifi or Bluetooth The device will be modeled on the following device [login to view URL] however i will require if possible the Bluetooth module to be separate and also the development of a gsm ([login to view URL]) and wifi ([login to view URL]) module that would be interchangeable with the device i would also require a software package to be made again to replicate the one shown here [login to view URL] The device along with the add on modules must be as small as possible,consume little power,easy to replicate and the software must be easy to use and also cross platform i would need the software to interface with a gsm modem ([login to view URL]) for accepting incoming data directly into the program i would also like a email function built into the software suite to mail encrypted data to me for decryption (all emails must be pgp encrypted) This project will be an on going one and be developed through many different versions with additions to both the hard and software and must be based on open open source code i have included some pictures of a device that uses only usb for data transfer which if need be i can supply information on or if you think possible i would consider a modification to my existing device if it keeps costs down as this is a limited budget project no more than %25 of the final cost will be paid in the first milestone When you bid: You must send me a Private Message of your Idea first, and explain in some detail how it would work, so I can consider it's concept and viability. Just to clarify my point made before "This project will be an on going one and be developed through many different versions with additions to both the hard and software and must be based on open open source code" this project is for the first version of this device with ether gsm,wifi or Bluetooth option and software to accompany it further revisions and software will be different projects and require new payment ect i would also like to add i will require all source files and any models/data on the project once completed Thanks
