This circuit should connect two USB devices (downstream) to a PC (upstream). This requires a 2-port USB HUB in the circuit.
2 devices: 1 RS232 (TTL) and 1 USB (2.0).
The RS232 should be recognised by the PC as a USB HID keyboard.
The RS232 device works on TTL levels, no CMOS voltage conveersion needed.
