Looking for Electronic Engineer who can design schmatic and PCB with following requirment

1- Control Motor both direction
2-Four Buttons, ON, OFF, Direction(Motor go one direction or both), Time
3-Buzzer 5Volt DC
4 220VAC , 500W Single Capcitor AC motor
5-Normal voltage 220AC, but can vary between 150-320VAC, So make system protected for that
6-Time Select as 5, 10, 15minutes (3 LEDs to show selected option)
7-ON button to Start machine washing
8-OFF Button to stop machine /buzzer
9-Direction button control One Way/Two way, One LED to show Two way
10-Suggest MCU for this or I can suggest
Function Details:
User Turn ON power, 220VAC.
Press TIME button, Each time it press selection will move between 5,10,15mins option, Selected option will have LED on.
Now press ON button turn ON MOTOR for set time(5, 10, 15minutes)
If User Press STOP when MOTOR is on TURN off MOTOR
If set time passed, MOTOR TURN OFF Automatically, and Turn On buzzer for 15Seconds

I am sorry to say I forgot to add one critical requirements. This design need to go for bigger production so Cost is more important using regular power supply will add cost to make 220V to 5VDC so need some new idea for that. Also using relays will increase cost of product also need to use some other thing to swithc 220VAC for motor. Regards.
