Need QR code designer

I need a great designer that knows how to circumvent the QR codes so they are still readable but has great designs. This is out of the box QR codes and not your ordinary QR codes. I will send examples to interested bidders. You do not need to make a bid, just tell me that you know how to do it and I will send you a pdf with examples and you tell me what you will charge for each code. There will be lots of work for the right designer. If possible then show me examples of QR codes you have already done.
