SQL/VBA project upgrade - open to bidding

Hi, I saw that you bid for a previous project. I see your skills also include MSSQL and C#. For the specific project I am offering you, understanding of MSSQL and VBA/Excel will be required. We have a functioning code/system that 1) uploader: uploads CSV data to SQL via an executable 2) graphingmodule: downloads specific data and symbols from the SQL through Excel What we need is: 1) uploading is ridiculously slow. We need to see if we can get significantly speed that up. 2) interactions between excel and SQL seem slow. Need to see if we can significantly speed this up. 2) add a few variables to the downloader specifically: A) a symbol balance counter of a composite (will explain in more detail later, this is based on some simple math with the data requested from SQL) B) add variable for symbols in symboldata tab and SQL: composite weight C) use this weight to calculate an added variable on symboldata tab. Please quote me for this project. I´ve attached the source code for uploader and downloader. I think there´s a stored procedure involved here as well but this should be a straightforward structure
