Scrape Staff Contact Details from Australian Websites

We would like a data mining / web scraping expert for the following work: 1. You Must search and make a list of websites for all the Universities, Scientific Research Institutes, Scientific and Pharamceutical Companies, Hospital Research Centres and Health/Science Charity Foundations in Australia and New Zealand. 2. Extract all the contact information of staff in staff contact directories from all the Universities, Scientific Research Institutes, Scientific and Pharamceutical Companies, Hospital Research Centres and Health/Science Charity Foundations in Australia and New Zealand. 3. This data must be organised in an Excel file showing the webaddress, organisation name, staff first name, staff last name, work address, email, phone and fax numbers of each staff member. 4. There are approximate 132 000 total staff members in Australian and New Zealand Universities. For other organisations there is approximately the same number of 132 000 total staff memebers combined amongst them. 4. If you can't get the email for all the staff in all the organisations then we will have to work out a percentage of the missing information and reduce the price based on the percent of missing information. If any peice of information is missing then that line of information will be deducted from the total bid price. 5. If the project is finalised late from when you are awarded 6.
