Hi, This should start from sratch right? Best way to do this is creating two Excel files. One for the dashboard which shows your analysis reports and one for the agents (all can use the same document so data can be easily linked to in the dashboard file). This may be a solution. There are several, so please let me know what you prefer in getting the information stored. I can create analysis reports and dashboards out of it, as long as the data is avaiable.
