I have 70 pages directory of People and contact information. I need to extract the information and place in a highly organized excel sheet.
The document would have to be OCR'd and extracted, utilizing whatever tools at consultant's disposal. Please explain the method you would use to appraoch the project.
I believe this is a task I can perform for you. I will use Adobe professional to OCR your pdf document into text and import it to Excel. Depending on how "consistent" the data is, I can develop a Macro to automate the accomodation of the data to your preferred format. (I would do it manually if it cannot be automated.) I have placed a bid because I cannot coomunicate with you without doing so, but the bid (both cost and time to do the job) can be improved after I learn some details (see example of the pdf files and your preferred excel format).
that is an easy task for me and i belive the other bids for the froject are highly expensive. i will do it for you cheeply and in short time.
