Hi, I think I can easily do this for you. How I have thought of it as under: Compare every cell of Sheet 1 with corresponding cell of Sheet 2 and highlight the cells that are different in cell 2. From the description of this project I understand that your require a macro that will compare and contrast the details on two worksheets. I have extensive experience with Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (the language used for macros). I use these two skills on an almost daily basis from simple to fairly complex applications. My past work includes an Excel application that had a user interface for keying in search criteria, and retrieving the results. For this project I would use the same logic.
