I have 2 lists of customers which contain many common records, I need these common records matched and cross referenced, but the data in each list is not a perfect match. examples [login to view URL] address in list1 is "Shop 32 The Hub S/C" and in list2 is "SHOP 32 HUB SHOPPING CENTRE". these are matching records. 2. the phone number in List1 is "(03) 5152 6945 " and in List2 is "5152 6945". these are matching records. The various fields and a little bit of human intelligence to be used to identify as many matching records as possible. I need: 1. a new tab containing all matching records with all fields from List1 (columns A to K) and List2 (columns A to J) set alongside each other in columns A to U in the new tab 2. for all matching records the number in the "Outlet" field from List1 to be copied and pasted into "Code" field in List2 (replacing the text "TBC") 3. a new tab containing unmatched records from List1 4. a new tab containing unmatched records from List2
