I have an Excel file which registers multiple employees. Each employee has a defined set of skills, so whenever you select one name, it will display his skills. Among other columns, I have two which are called “Current skill” and “Required skill”. This columns have 3 levels: Beginner, Intermediate or Expert. I want to have a function that will color in red the two boxes whenever the current skill is lower than the required skill and to write a comment “Focus this Fiscal Year” written in column 8, on the same row. The changes should be done on the front page. So, for example, when column G=”basic” and H=”advanced”, these two should be red and column M should say “Focus this fiscal year”. I will attach the file to whom will be selected for this project and future projects will come in regards to this.
