Excel - VBA to manipulate and pivot into grids

I have a spreadsheet for a construction company to make estimates. I want to extract data from the estimate sheet and create two new sheets with summary data. The owner will write his estimate in the Estimate sheet and extra Project an milestone data into the ImportHeader sheet. He will then allocate amounts into a milestone grid and wants feedback to make sure it adds up correctly. Then he wants to push a button to convert that milestone data into a format that can be exported into other software. I have attached two spreadsheets. One with layouts and data types ([login to view URL]) and another with sample data ([login to view URL]). Sheets: 1) Estimate - Has the data to be extracted 2) ImportHeader - Project Header data and Milestone Header information 3) Import_1 - To be created at runtime with project header data and estimate data 4) Milestone_WorkSpace - To be created at runtime with milestone data and be used to create sheet Import_2 5) Import_2 - To be created at runtime with milestone data from sheet Milestone_WorkSpace Write first 19 rows in ImportHeader and write to Import_1 Loop through column B (Account Codes) till find an Account Code, then store the associated amount in column G (sum multiple values if account appears multiple times) Write these account values to sheet Import_1 from row 20 onwards Write the accounts and amounts (in column "Total Allocated") in sheet Import_1 to Import_2 and write milestones from ImportHeader as column headings Column "sum" should have an equation only to sum amounts for the milestone fields to make sure they equal the amount in the "Total Allocated" column There needs to be a button to convert this data in the Milestone_WorkSpace sheet and place it into a new sheet called Import_2 You will start with 2 sheets: 1) Estimate and 2) ImportHeader, Your code will create 3) Import_1, Milestone_WorkSpace and Import_2 I am available for questions, but please try to do as much as you can, before asking for clarifications on details.
