Hosting multiple pictures using eBay file exchange tool

I have self hosted pictures i need to list on ebay using file exchange. trouble is ebay only lets you host multiple pics using file exchange if you use their hosting service. I need a way to take a list of self hosted picture urls > save them to eBays hosting > and return the new urls (ebay hosted) so I can insert them in my csv file to upload using file exchange and enable me to list multiple pics for each item.
