MATLAB Walking Gait Analysis

I need help with an assignment which looks at the 'Timed Up and Go Test" ( for reference [login to view URL]). I have information from markers placed on the athletes body at various joint positions (x,y,z coordinates, velocity and acceleration). From this I need to calculate the following parameters: - average stride velocity - stride velocity variability - average stride length - stride length variability - number of gait cycles - number of steps - cadence - walk time - average swing time - swing time variability - average stance times - stride time variability - average step time - step time variability - average double support - double support variability - average single support - single support variability I have attached the video and a sample dataset - the solution must be repeatable for future datasets and have some basic explanatory documentation
