Need a 5 min Animated Video to Explain a Project

Hi, I can do the animation for 32,- provided you have a voiceover ready. It's ridiculously cheap even for this type of 'animation'. But I want to have international clients in my portfolio to build trust. Doing a professional voiceover for such a rate is just not possible. I have a few contacts for professional (english) voiceovers, but they are 400,- euro minimum. I can do a voiceover myself for 200,-, but I do have a slight Dutch accent :) In this case, you get a Flash file. (SWF) I can also render it to video. For 100,- euro more I will deliver a digital video 16:9 at 1280x720 (1920x1080 is also possible, but it takes longer to code, so I charge 150- more) H264 coded. I'm quite new to freelancer.com, but I think I'm not allowed to give you a link to my portfolio, because it contains contact information. Anyway, I've posted some animations in the freelancer portfolio, so they should give you an idea of my skills (If you can find them, I have no idea how it looks from your end) I can deliver the animation via e-mail within two weeks after I receive the voiceover. I make a script, you ok it, I make the animation, you get one check, if I made a stupid mistake, I'll fix it. If you change your mind during the process, I'll give you a new estimate for the changes. I think it's a low price, so I have one condition, which is: I can add the animation to my portfolio on my site and on freelancer.
