Design an Elgg based theme

Context: I'm building a social network for professionals in India, by using Elgg open-source framework. What I need done: I want a neat white-based Elgg Theme (including the Logo) to be designed. It consists of 3 pages, and Documentation on how to create Elgg Theme is available from [login to view URL] . What I already have versus what the provider will build: We need help from you to add slick graphical elements such as a unique logo and a flash panel inorder to make the website look good. No programming of functionality is required from your end. All features are provided by the Elgg framework. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: The website design should be inspired from the design of [login to view URL] The layout provided by the pageshell should resemble the one mentioned in [login to view URL] Specific expertise that I am seeking: Retail industry design experience is a plus.
