Looking for Web Designer

Newly formed Web Marketing agency is looking to expand it's service offering by offering clients web design services as well. I am looking for an individual who knows how to design beautiful websites, from scratch (without templates), and is able to slice up the design file to be sent to a developer to code up (If you can code things up yourself then that is a definite bonus and the pay would be higher as well). This person will solely focus on the design efforts of the web marketing agency and should have a very good sense of what makes a website look good. The designer should also be able to design in flash as well and should have a portfolio of custom work that reflects the type of high quality web design I speak of. This would not just be just one project, we are looking to work with someone in the long term since we expect to get many projects per month once we roll out our design services to our clients.
